Hippolyte joined Forum Finance as a Managing Partner in 2011 after having worked at UBS for 17 years. He was active in various areas such as fixed income, risk management and portfolio management in Geneva, Zurich and Frankfurt. Prior to joining Forum Finance, he was a Senior Key Client Advisor. He became CEO in 2022.

Egon joined Forum Finance as a Managing Partner in 2009 following a merger with the wealth management company he founded in 2000. He previously worked as investment banker and equity analyst at Credit Lyonnais Securities and Cazenove & Co in London for 9 years.

Jean-François became a Managing Partner in 2019 having joined Forum Finance in 2013. He previously worked as wealth manager and portfolio manager at several banks, including Pictet & Cie, Julius Baer and Edmond de Rothschild with a particular focus on Hispanic clients.

Etienne became the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Forum Finance when he stepped down as CEO in 2022. Etienne took on the role of CEO in 2009, having been a Managing Partner since 2003. He joined Forum Finance in 2000, following a 20 year long career as a private banker and investment banker at Pictet & Cie, UBS and Merrill Lynch in Geneva, London and New York, respectively.

Philippe joined the Board of Directors of Forum Finance in 2021. He had been a Managing Partner of Forum Finance since 2013. Previously, Philippe worked for 34 years at Pictet & Cie where he was responsible for Latin American clients.

Régis joined the Board of Directors of Forum Finance in 2015. He is currently the CEO and founder of RM Global Consulting, a company specialising in risk management and compliance. Previously, Régis was COO / CFO at MIG Bank. Prior to that, he worked at Bank Julius Baer & Co, where he was head of the legal and compliance department.

Alain Couttolenc joined the Board of Directors of Forum Finance in 2023. Prior to that, he served as CEO Latam and then CEO Europe at Nielsen. He also worked in the automotive sector as marketing director at Renault-Nissan. In 2010, he took up the position of Chief Development Officer of the Ipsos Group. Since 2024, Mr Couttolenc became Chief Development Officer of Mint.ai. He also has his own consulting company. Mr Couttolenc is also a member of the Board of Directors of Trust Valley.
